Boston began her journey as the Media Marketer here at Rylan Consulting BC at the beginning of May 2022. Driven by her passion in the field, she proudly creates engaging online content to help showcase our brand and keep our clients in the know. 

Her roots lie in Brandon Manitoba, where she was raised by her parents Kim and Bob, who founded a local business that eventually grew to employ over 200 people across North America. Exposure to a bootstrap start-up provided her with an understanding of how to creatively build a brand from an early age. 
As a student at Assiniboine Community College, Boston is on her way to completing a Business Administration program and plans to continue advancing her studies in Marketing.  In addition to being a proud part of the Rylan Consulting BC team, Boston manages one of the family businesses located in Riding Mountain National Park, next to Clear Lake, MB.  Her objective is to continue learning from her diverse range of experiences and growing in light of each.

Lori supports entrepreneurs and business owners by mentoring and coaching management staff and company owners focusing on process, communication, and leadership.

Lori's vast construction and business knowledge comes from successfully managing all operational roles in a construction company - office manager, project manager, operations manager and as general manager. Her strengths lie within the management of projects and understanding the importance of company structure by aligning strategy with people and culture.

Lori is retained by the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA BC) as an instructor and course writer. The content of these courses is based on solid project management processes – including Project Management & Site Supervision and Project Management Essentials Suite of courses.

Lori also contracts with the University of Winnipeg (PACE Program) facilitating Project Management Fundamentals courses as part of their business program.

Taking her years of experience and education, Lori created Rylan Business Consulting in 2016. The focus is on creating and/or maintaining committed team members, paving the way for your business to achieve its maximum potential.

Bookkeeper/Project Coordinator

Julia started with us in April of 2022, her responsibilities range from bookkeeping and posting for Rylan and our clients, to writing policies and formatting company documents. 

Julia was born and raised in Brandon, MB and has recently moved back to Westman. She married her husband Joey Teichroeb in 2018. Together they have one child, Wrenley, who was born in August of 2020. As a family they enjoy the outdoors, such as camping, hiking, etc. Every year they take a weeklong camping trip somewhere in Manitoba. Julia’s favorite camping spot is The Whiteshell, in Eastern Manitoba.  

On top of working at Rylan Consulting BC, Julia is a student at Assiniboine Community College where she is studying Accounting. In addition to being a student at the College, she also sits on multiple College boards and tutor’s other students. After College, Julia is hoping to continue her career in business, specifically in management training and consulting. Julia has over ten years of management experience in the fast-paced service industry, where she managed teams of over 100 people. Julia believes that organization and proper management are at the core of any business’ success.
