The objective of this course is to establish effective processes for managing service and warranty in residential construction projects. This includes defining good customer service, creating a strategic action plan, and exploring the five factors of service excellence. Emphasis is placed on understanding customer values, expectations, and behaviors, and the importance of setting clear expectations for excellent customer service.
